Melanie Kemp is a Broker Associate with Alain Pinel Realtors and has worked as a licensed agent since 1975.  She and her partner were Regional Directors for a major real estate company when they opened 13 offices in northern California from 1978 to 1984 and then opened their own firm before joining the ranks of Alain Pinel in 1992 where she has consistently been a member of their "President´s Club." She has also recently been named  as a member of the "Elite Women Realtors of Silicon Valley" in the "San Jose Business Journal" and in the "San Jose Magazine" as one of the "Top 5% of Real Estate Agents in Santa Clara County."
